Telangana government to launch 119 Phule Gurukul schools on 12th of June
The Telangana state government is now planning to launch about 119 Mahatma Jyothiba Phule Gurukul Schools on the 12th of June. The announcement was made by the Minister for Backward Classes Welfare, Jogu Ramanna.
He addressed the media at the Secretariat on Thursday and said that there would be a launch of Gurukul Schools in every Assembly in the state. He added that these schools are being started for the benefit of the kids from the backward classes. He said that the students in these schools will be prepared as per the global standards and would produce education in English medium.
He said that BCs would now get quality education and that this was the dream of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao.
